For most others, I would recommend a PLI course. Buy it on ebay, learn it,
pass, and sell it on ebay. It does not cost much at end of day.

passed the patent bar by reading the MPEP, it must be a dumb NIU.

the long run, it is probably beneficial.

time. This bar tests your memory most. I now feel it is rather useless
because it did not help me or quite a few people I know in the job seeking
process.

Thanks!
So what's the most important factor in job seeking? The prestige of law
school? The tech background? Language ability?

ability to memorize a lot of things in a short time is key to pass the exam.

your tech background - much easier for EE than bio/chem; then it is your
school's prestige; then your language capability.
