公司找part time intern做prior art search和Office Action，就投条了（我以为是
在他们的in house counsel指导下工作）。结果今天面试，他们一小公司，根本没in
house counsel，就是公司老板想省钱，才到学校找学生给他们做prior art search，
然后才看值得不值得申请patent。
我当时就有点打退堂鼓，但是瞎侃了会儿，老板好象觉得我还行，叫我下周就开始。
我回家后心里越来越发毛，这两眼一摸黑，没人指导，我该接这活吗？还是找个理由把
他们给锯了？
有做CS PATENT AGENT的XDJM们能给点意见吗？谢谢！ |

They mentioned "help with Office Action" in the job posting, that's why I
assumed they must have an in-house counsel. It turned out right now they
only wanted to do prior art search and competitive analysis. Patent
application is a very long shot for them down the road, partly depending on
the outcome of the search.
