发帖数: 114 | 1 I lived in an apartment in the last summer. The apartment had serious
molds and the management refused to fix the problem and other problems. I
gave them notice and moved out. I did not pay the last month rent because
they had my deposit and I did not think they would be honest in returning
me the deposit.
Now they sent my account to collection asking for two months rent, late
fee, and cleaning fee.
Any suggestions?
The molds were caused by the structure issue of the building. The
building was NOT built with proper insulation. Water condensed around the
air duct going thru the wall. I could see molds grew on the wall surface
outside. What they did was to paint over the molds. | D******8
