发帖数: 176 | 1 因为是hud的房子，就是政府卖的只能自己住，我家另外还有有房子，所有就只用一个
人的名字买，觉得到时候如果有人查就说分居。我就签了一个waiver of marital
rights，但是我不知道是不是现在我就完全放弃这个房子的共同财产权了？就是现在房
子就是个人财产了即使离婚也不能要求分割？还有如果卖房子赚的钱法律上还算共同财
产吗？
