发帖数: 1084 | 3 This is how I did it, but I'm not saying this is the only way to do it.
1. Talk to your department head to see if it is possible to revise your job
description in your H1-b petition by adding "prepare and prosecute patent
applications" based on what you will be doing at the firm.
2. Amend the job description in your H1-b petition to reflect the change.
3. Send the re-approved H1-1 petition with the revised job description to
PTO.
