我的理解:
1)从A的角度来说,如果B真的有点违宪,A要自己出律师费的可能性很大(A全胜,判B
出律师费的可能性很小),这样的话,那不就是没有多少人会去告B? 纵使赢了,也要
几年,到时小孩也上大学了,这样A要出钱,又没有实际好处,那有什么动力?
2)从B的角度来说, 应战要出钱(律师费),如果budget紧张,不如不应战,自动认输
?或者随便找个烂律师应付一下,反正输赢对他们都没有大所谓的。

? I know for one particular case, not a lot parents like to do that, until
finally one comes out.
