租人后他们将与继租人重新签合同,我的合同将无效,继租人将承担他在住期间的可能
的损失。
另外,我跟他们提出我原先的合同上没有说不能中止合同,他们指了其中一段话说我该
负责所签的合同,这段话对我比较绕口。大侠给解释解释他们有没有忽悠我,谢谢!
