不错。 做的人不多，念法学院的老美别看一个个牛逼轰轰的，碰到数字就傻眼。
国内不知道，但是在美国工作选择比较多，可以去律所也可以去会计师事务所，如果再
考个cpa更好。而且大所小所都可以去，也可以自己开业，还可以搞cross border
taxation。

你要说在美国有市场还值得argue一下，但是对于在中国发展的价值几乎没有。
还有，美国的税法LLM基本都是美国JD毕业后在读的，赤手空拳读税法硕士，工作未必好
找。

在美国做，有accounting背景是个优势，没有的也有做的很成功的。

extent that you were thinking it might be easier to get into tax than other
practices, that's wrong.
The prospect in China is limited, most likely you will be at china offices
of one of the Big 4s, doing international transactions.
You can do a JD then tax LLM at NYU or Georgetown if you can't get a good
job after getting the JD. However, you still need good GPA to get into tax
LLM in the first place, and then need top GP

less pay.
Big law tax people are the smartest.... surely, you need top grade in top
schools to get in. |

，发现TAX 前景很不乐观。关键的原因是在于 中美 TAX 完全不一样，应用面太窄了。
当然，我不清楚TAX 在律师这个方面的应用，我只是说的是金融相关领域。 |

律师，OMM也有一个partner，但很少是直接去大陆做TAX的。

According to him, US firms consider tax law as secondary practices compared
to other core practices. Unless you are really interested, I think maybe you
should not limit yourself to tax law. |

folks to deal with the tax aspect of the deals. They are providing a
service to the M&A lawyers to certain extent.
