s*******i 发帖数: 741 | 1 My lease started on June 1st, and I left some boxes of new toys (for my son)
in the hallway on May 30th and planned to move them the second day. When I
came back to get them, and I found the landlord took them to her room (
upstairs). I called her a couple of time later but she moved to other city.
So I had never got a chance to get my stuff back. Now I have to move out and
she refuses to return my stuff.
Should I sue her at small claim court or criminal court? What will be the
charges?

, but even if she succeeds she'd only get nominal damages. |
