法官也只相信和他关系更好的律师
那这样说,即使是在美国,打官司也不可能得到公正?永远是善良弱小者吃亏,不择手
段者成功?
这世界难道就没有王法了吗? |

Professional responsibility is a mandatory course in every law school in US
and you have to take the MPRE(Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam)
to pass the bar.
Furthermore, the ABA promulgated the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct
in 1983, and 44 states have adopted them, with only minor variations.
Attorneys who violate professional responsibility rules may be subject to
sanctions ranging from reprimands to tempora |

happens typically. representing someone and giving them the best service is
the duty of a lawyer. even if the lawyer suspects his client really "did it
" the lawyer will try hard to find all evidence that supports the client's
innocence, and push the government to prove otherwise. Teaching the client
to lie is usually not an effective strategy because the opposing party's
lawyer may easily poke holes in the fake story. Als |

lawyers are advocates and judges are referees. The entire process, at least

不由得想起义不容情里前3集,有建的母亲明明没有杀人,但是对方律师硬是说服法官
陪审接受他的言词,就判她有罪上吊。
这就是法律。嘿嘿

often imperfect in practice, but it's the best system we can have thus far.

is the thing: while identifying problems with the justice system is
relatively easy, finding a solution is much harder. Also, using TV show to
support your point is a little melodramatic.
