于是几个星期以前挑了家公司送去维修。可最近被告知可能由于主板的问题,机器已
经不能正常启动,就算将原风扇换回来也一样。他们的逻辑是主板用的太久了,在
多次的冷热循环及风扇效率不够导致的焊锡潜在的松动及主板过热,导致主板fail;反
正不是他们维修的错。但我不是太能接受他们的解释,
第一点,既然他们决定修,那他们就应该承担这种维修的风险。一旦他们动了机器,这
种契约关系就已经成立。并且他们已经知道风扇有问题,就应该知道有过热的问题,应
而应该对各个线路板非常小心。至于免责协议,由于当时觉得换个风扇一点小事,没觉
得会出问题,他们在获得我同意维修的时候也没有问起免责的事,所以是没有的。只是
他们的网站上有这么一段话,Our No-Risk Guarantee When you choose ××××,
there's no risk to you. We guarantee safe shipping, fast & accurate service,

working when they informed you they couldn't fix it?
If so, and given there's no contract, you may proceed on theories of breach
of implied contract, fiduciary duty, and negligence. But practically I don't
think a lawsuit is worthwhile over a laptop since most of the evidence is
held by the other side. A court will not award you any additional damage
because the notebook had a sentimental value for you.

repair service. On the website it says "qualified to service all brand",
which misleads me to think of him as been certified by sony. However, sony
would call its service provider "authorized". After contacting sony about
this question, it seems the repair service I choose is not certified by sony
. But I don't know whether I have more to argue since he just claims himself
qualified to service, but not certified by sony

美国法律规定, 大多数情况下, 你想告别人的前提是你有足够的证据能证明被告人给你

维修的问题,而不是机器自然的年久损耗,
