个in-house到底是啥意思啊?另外,看说的好像associate比in-house挣得多,那岂不
是干几年收入反而减少?那要是就拖着associate不转,会有什么后果呢?
感觉上仿佛法律也是吃青春饭,年轻赚得多,年老赚的少。虽然转成partner赚得多,

foreced to leave. in-house is not bad at all, you get pay check same as
