难道中国学生都是有gc才来念法律的？对纯粹的F1学生来说就没办法作paid intern了
？sigh...原来还以为第一年苦点，第二年第三年就能通过intern挣钱补贴一下了，看

有opt那就是已经毕业了，那时候就是找full time job为主了吧。
现在一般花费多少？3年15万？

学费这个数差不多

说的就是这个问题。。。这样的学校多吗？尤其是中国人target的那些top学校？
看来申请前得先打电话问问那些学校的officer。不过cpt这种事完全看officer怎么处
理，其实同一个学校的不同officer，结果都有可能相反。

as you said, they don't know this issue well and different people may give
you conflicting answers. Best way is to check with Chinese JD students
currently attending school there.
BTW, officers normally mean military officers. Officials mean the ones
holding a civil position. |

she could also work for an overseas office, therefore no need for cpt |

发帖数: 830 | 10 别的咱不知道，不过这个opt一般来说是毕业或接近毕业的时候才有，3年的program向
第二个summer intern肯定是cpt才行。 |

If you already used up your OPT after your Ph.D then you should get CPT. But
you may or may not get it.
