如果如下的情况，从法律上来讲，有什么办法？
有A, B, C三个白人，A是B, C的主管，B,C平级,都是A招的,情况几乎差不多。但B可能
不知如何得罪了A, 所以A处处给B穿小鞋，B比C也做得好，但A就是不提拔B, 反而提拔C

在这种情况下，学究一把，从法律上来讲，B能有什么办法争取自己的权利？当然，B可
以简单的跳槽。纯学术而言，有什么法律武器，可以得到公平？ | p***n

其实，就是B不会玩politics, 不知什么原因把A给得罪了，A处心积虑搞B，A在C面前公
开说一定要把B赶出去.B非常想知道有什么法律武器来保护自己的权利。

Also I think it is a violation of the policy (and law?) to say in public to
fail one's future (2 years later for example) evaluation/merit review?

Unless it's one of those TitleVII discriminations, courts usually will not
try to micromanage a private company.

lawyer外，还有什么要注意的吗？公司/单位是 non-profit state institute.
