their schedule, all depending on how they prioritize their professional
ambition and different things in their personal lives.
I'd say unless he's got a big deal to close every other week or a major
motion due every week or he's on trial, he should have more time - but may
not for you. |

big law firm, he should still have time to call you or setup a coffee break
or happy hour somewhere.
On the flip side, how did you make yourself available to him? If he gets
off work at 3am in the morning, will he be able to see you?
The relationship needs understanding and compromise from both sides. But if
this is real, it'll work out. It is not true that big law firm lawyers can
't have a loving relationship.

发帖数: 3 | 6 We are dating (I think so because we have kissed). We are not in some kind
of relationship though, at least we haven't talked about it.
The problem is we live in different cities so it's not possible to have
lunch on weekdays. And it seems he goes to work at 9 in the morning and go
home at midnight every day. I'm just not sure if he's really busy like this
or he is doing something else. He never calls me, and he never gets on MSN.

someone outside the firm as a big law associate. We have no life outside the
law firm. I go to work around 8:30 in the morning and go home after 10pm (
usually from 9pm to 2am, it varies),and when I am home, I am so tired so I
usually take a shower and immediately go to bed. |

week/month, or trying to get rid of you. Working at a big firm is not as bad
as whiners make it out to be. No one can consistently put in 80 hours a
week, month after month. Plus a single guy doesn't have that much else going
on outside of work. I always have time for dates during the week. |
