标 题: Hertz租到有问题的车

我在salt lake city 飞机场 Hertz 租一辆midsize 车 开车在yellowstone,glacier
park, grand teton park 玩了7天。
发现车的main.req. 灯亮了。不知怎么回事,开起来没有问题,但心里没底,有点担心
车况。尤其还是带着我妈妈。
回到租车处,checkin,我要求Hertz 人员在我的receipt上签字说明车子的问题。
她写了:engin light on 并签了字。
我买了collosion damage waiver 保险。
请问这种情况是不是Hertz rent problematic car to customer。
可不可以要求索赔。

not suffer any damages, I don't see how he can successfully recover
anything from Hertz. Nominal/punitive are also unlikely. | g*********i 发帖数: 281 | 3 agree. i don't think s/he can make a case in court.
the best thing is to file a complaint and very likely s/he
will get some sort of compensation (voucher?) from hertz for
his/her unhappy experience with their rental car.
