I was trying to sign up for Bestbuy rewardzone membership today, the
website is
http://www.bestbuy.com/site//olspage.jsp?id=pcmcat44800050004&type=category (click the join today button). After i fill in all the information, Bestbuy told me the last name must be more than 3 characters to sign up. I can't figure out why are they setting up this strange requirement, since only chinese people on earth may have last name less than 3 characters.
Is it a kind of racial discrimination?
