addition to your court costs, such as filing fee to commence a new case), but
not their lawyer. (Appeal wqill be another matter. Let's not get ahead of
ourselves--do the case at the TRIAL court first.)

she thinks the ring is worth at most $3500, her loss is $400 because the
seller backed out.
My question to you: is $400 worth going to court (many lawyers charge that
much for one hour)? People sometimes get too caught up in the law. Use some
common sense. The guy made a mistake, cut him some slack. It's not worth it
to go to court and saw a lawyer over a few hundred bux.

know. However, since Ilikeit does not come here anymore, there is no point
discussing it further. Except that I hope to remind you both that a fruad will
trump contract concluded in a mistake. See Restatement of Contract.The money
is not the point. I am not a lawyer, but a pro se litigant. So I need not pay
a lawyer. Moreover, the cost can be covered if one can make a class action ut
