I am an F-1 student. I went to court for traffic violation last month.
(expired tag, minor misdemeanor) Judge informed me that INS could obstrude my
green card application or deny me re-entry later on by using this piece of
information if I plea guilty.
Is this true? If so, what is legal advice for this?
If I do not plea guilty. I will lose driver license.
Please help me. |
