over that animal, because of diversity.
To be sure, seek help from the campus sexual harassment office. They should be
able to provide both psychologic and legal help (by referring her to a law
school clinic).
Rape crime is often hard to prove because of the private settings---it is
usually her words against his words. That's why good people sometime were
forced to resort to vigilante, like what happened in the first

about. As what I know now, only the goverment instead of individual has the
standing to sue in criminal case (the attornery general office?), although I
am not sure. The first and the best way is to push the police. Ask them what
you can do, it is they, not you, who should know what to do to sue a criminal.
They are paid to know that. There must be some kind of interstate police
