Legal Systems
United States is a common law legal system. Same as UK, Aus, New Zealand,
Belize, India, Canada, Bahamas. British Colonial rules. (Mexico is a civil legal
system)
Legal System - legal system created within government that serves the purpose of
solving disputes as they rise in societies. Alternative to violence in the
resolution of disputes.
Common characteristics among all legal characteristics
