leakage from a frozen pipe back in Jan. The water left some marks on the
ceilings and walls so that they needed to repaint. The landlord charged me a
few hundreds of dollars to fix the pipe and paint.
The pipe broke because of the cold weather. Although the lease says we need to
maintain a minimum temperature at 55 degrees, the heater near the broken pipe
has no temperature scale on the control nob but just low, med and |
