also, corroborating what littletigger said earlier, a partner at Townsend &
Townsend said that the critical skill of a prosecutor is writing -- that's
what differentiates PhDs from PhDs. | l**********r 发帖数: 240 | 2 The 1L hiring still seems to be minimum. As I just found out, this firm I
interviewed with will hire 1 out of 14 compared to 2 last year in the same
headquarter office---that seems to suggest the economics of law firms haven't
improved. My friend there told me I got the best evaluation for interview and
if they want to hire an IP 1L, I will get it. But if not... That's kind of the
drawback of us---it is so clear to other people that we would probably
practice IP law, while other students may do
