If you are right with the requirements, How can I take the patent bar test
even when I get in to the law school? I will still be a F1!
And as far as I know, most of the job descriptions for patent attorney
requires the patent bar.
There is no way for people like me? feel so frustrated.

firm that prosecutes patents.
you can first get hired as a technical writer by a law firm, then take the
patent bar (and the state bar if you desire), and start from there.
or, a less risky approach is, get a technical writer job at a patent firm
first, without going to law school, and then decide if you want to go to law
school to pursue it further.
