前言
本文将首先根据网上流传的视频（下方），转录出科大讯飞董事长刘庆峰先生在2019新
品发布会上的部分讲话，获得机器转写原文和对应的机器同传英译文。然后分析其中的
问题，看看科大讯飞的机器同传水平是否已经达到全国翻译专业资格（水平）考试二级
口译交替传译的水平。

我们在去年底在全球第1次让我们的机器通过了国家翻译师资格考试的技术测试，这是
由人社部和国家外文局组织的最有权威的翻译师资格考试，三级表示，你可以当翻译了
，二级表示重大场合你可以做翻译，一级是获得二级之后要经过综合评审才能得到的，
那么去年的翻译师考试之前，我们的机器提前封存在考场，等考试考生考完之后，在国
家外文局和公证机关的监督和公正下，我们的设备提前封存，就完全断网的情况下，我
们进行了技术测试，机器达到了二级交传的水平，这个应该说远超我们当时的预期，这
是人类历史上第一次，正是因为这个突破，所以在5月15号在中国召开的世界智能大会
头一天晚上的11:30.，联合国日内瓦总部国际电信联盟给我们发来消息，正式采购科大
讯飞的听见系统，用在他们的会议之中，就是因为我们的中文英文的转写和翻译进展使

下面，我来稍微分析一下机器提供的英译文中的尿点：
注：由于科大讯飞的系统不怎么会用句号，所以我是根据自己的理解来断句的。
例一
中文：
我们在去年底在全球第1次让我们的机器通过了国家翻译师资格考试的技术测试，这是
由人社部和国家外文局组织的最有权威的翻译师资格考试
英文：
We let our machine pass for the first time in the world at the end of last
year. After passing the technical test of national translation is a
qualification examination, which is oranized by the Ministry of people's
society and the state foreign Language Bureau, the most authoritative
translator qualification examination
注释：
1) “We let our machine pass for the first time in the world at the end of
last year. ”
这句可译为：“去年底，我们让我们的机器在世界上第一次通过了。”
乍一看，会让人觉得科大讯飞极为严谨，去年底才让自己的机器通过了自己的测试。因
为在原句中“pass”后是没有宾语的。
2) “After passing the technical test of national translation is a
qualification examination”
这句话是个病句，我不知道该怎么翻译。从字面上来看意思是：“国家翻译是一个资格
考试，在通过了国家翻译的技术测试后”。不知所云。
3) “…a qualification examination, which is oranized by the Ministry of
people's society and the state foreign Language Bureau, the most
authoritative translator qualification examination”
人社部的官方译名为：Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security，而非上
文中的“Ministry of people's society”。
“国家外文局”是不存在的，应为“中国外文局”，官方译名为：China Foreign
Languages Publishing Administration，而非上文中的“state foreign Language
Bureau”。
所谓的“翻译师资格考试”是不存在的，全称应是“全国翻译专业资格（水平）考试”
，英文是“China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters”，简称
“CATTI”。刘庆峰口中提到的“翻译”实际上指的是“interpreter”，而非“
translator”，所以后文中的“translator”全都错了。
例二
中文：
三级表示，你可以当翻译了，二级表示重大场合你可以做翻译，一级是获得二级之后要
经过综合评审才能得到的
英文：
level 3 means that you can be a translator, level 2 means that you can do
translation on major occasions, level 1 is after obtaining level 2, you can
get it through comprehensive evaluation.
注释：
1) “偷换概念”
根据CATTI考试官网的介绍：
Level 3 translator or interpreter → assistant translator or interpreter
Level 2 translator or interpreter → translator or interpreter
Level 1 translator or interpreter → associate professor of translation or
interpretation

显然，根据CATTI官网的介绍，二级对应的是“translator or interpreter”，这跟英
文原文的表述是不一致的。如果硬要扣个帽子，那就是科大讯飞偷换概念，如果说得轻
一点，那就是他们根本不知道CATTI考试的三个级别分别意味着什么。
2) "level 1 is after obtaining level 2" 语法错误
例三
中文：
那么去年的翻译师考试之前，我们的机器提前封存在考场，等考试考生考完之后，在国
家外文局和公证机关的监督和公正下，我们的设备提前封存，就完全断网的情况下，我
们进行了技术测试，机器达到了二级交传的水平
英文：
Then last year's translation was before the examination. Our machine is
sealed in advance in the examination room, and after the examinee has
finished the examination. Under the supervision and justice of the state
administration of foreign languages and notarial organs, our equipment is

注释：
1)"Then last year's translation was before the examination."
这句话译得真是胆大。从英文来看，意思是：去年的翻译是在CATTI考试之前完成的。
这不瞎说么？刘想表达的是“在翻译考试之前”，是个时间状语，但机器却表达成了在
CATTI考试前译文就完成了，光看英文还以为科大讯飞在作弊呢。
2) "Our machine is sealed in advance in the examination room, and after the
examinee has finished the examination. "
时态问题和句法问题导致句子逻辑错误。“is”应该是“was”，因为这是过去发生的
事情。“and”及后面的部分句法有问题。
英文意思是：我们的机器提前封在考场，并且在考生完成了考试后。
这个句子里的“in advance”和“after”简直是前后矛盾。
实际上这两个分句间是不应该有那个逗号的，后半句应该与后面的内容放在一起。最后
的那个句号应该是个逗号。
可见，这个机器是真不知道自己在说什么。要是按照这个译文的理解，科大讯飞又是作
弊，考生完成考试后才把机器封在考场？？
3) "Under the supervision and justice of the state administration of foreign
languages and notarial organs, our equipment is sealed in advance"
机器转写时将“公证”（动词）转写成了“公正”（形容词），所以英文中的“
justice”才显得格外的碍眼。
外文局的英文再次译错，而且非常离谱，“state administration”字面上是“国家行
政部门”的意思。
4) "when the net is completely cut off, we have carried out a technical test
, the machine."
首先，我觉得“net”并不合适，但这不是重点，最后面的“the machine”才是重点。
机器已经不知道自己在译什么了。
例四
中文：
机器达到了二级交传的水平，这个应该说远超我们当时的预期，这是人类历史上第一次
英文：
After reaching the level of secondary transmission, this should be said to
be far beyond our expectations at that time, which is the first time in
human history.
注释：
1) 原文没有“after”的意思，但是英文翻了出来，不过这不算什么，仔细看下一条。
2) 噗….二级交传是“secondary transmission”？？
“交传”是“交替传译”的简称，英文是“consecutive interpretation”。

3) "which is the first time in human history"从字面上来看还缺失了具体的描述
信息，中文原文可以猜到刘要说什么“机器在人类历史上第一次达到了二级交传的水平

中文：

英文：

注释：
1) "May held the world intelligence conference in China on the 15th, at 11:
30 on the first night, at the United nations headquarters in Geneva"
这句话译得把我笑喷了。
友商们是这样回译的：
明明是在中国举办的世界智能大会，却被机器挪到了“日内瓦联合国总部”。
“世界智能大会”的英文也错了，官方译法是“World Intelligence Congress”，不
过这个无所谓。
若是再看的不仔细一点，还以为是英国首先特蕾莎·梅(Theresa May)举办的这个会议
呢。
2) "The headquarters of the inernational telecommunication union sent us a
message that iFLYREC System, who is officially purchasing iflytek, will be
used in their meeting"
哎哟，这句话……还是先看看友商们怎么回译的：
英文中的“…iFLYREC System, who is officially purchasing iflytek, will be
used…”字面上的意思就是“讯飞听见系统正式收购科大讯飞”！！！
这条消息简直太劲爆了……
想象这样一个场景：世界智能大会前夕，正在准备代表科大讯飞参加大会的刘总突然在
深夜收到总部位于日内瓦的国际电信联盟的信息，告诉他：讯飞听见系统正式收购科大
讯飞。
总结
不知道大家看到这里时是一种怎样的心情，反正我是觉得很讽刺，真得很讽刺。怕是刘
总被下面的人忽悠得不轻，然后他又去公开忽悠别人。
我希望借这样一篇小文呼吁公众认识语言学习的重要性，不要再用什么恬不知耻的广告
营销来吓唬外语学习者和翻译学习者。我们国家在对外沟通和交流的活动中，非常需要
高水平的译者和译员，所以我们必须投入足够多的人力、物力、财力来培养我们的年轻
学生。
我们拥抱技术，喜迎变革，但绝对不能接受工具产商的虚假宣传。 |
