要求赔偿损失，狮子开口要六万，买家是专门钻法律漏洞职业诉棍，这个官司耗费六年
时间现在还没有结束，法官最近的判决是赔偿三万。

只好花钱庭外settle。

问题是现在太多的人在各种利益的驱使下，越来越没有common sense 啦。大的为了百
分之几的选票，让男人随便进女厕所，小的为了钱出卖面皮和人品。
这个案子其实还好啦，卖家不过损失几万-40刀。鸭城的搬家老张不仅替人白搬一次家
，还要赔上28万刀。比起牢狱之灾就不算什么了。

to dismiss or make appearance for us and even after the default judgment has
been entered, there are options to vacate the default judgment.
But either way, we do need to spend money and the cheaper option might be to
settle like you said.
