This is why China and Asia will win the economic war with education and then
using that educated work force to rev up their economic engine with
manufacturing and services.
Right now China is just knocking off stuff. Who can blame them. Their
population was educated by the western counties along a lot of intellectual
property theft. They are playing the long game. The Chinese government has a
long term plan for the future. No joke. Our government thinks short term.
China is planning in phases. From manufacturing to transform into a services
power house.
While we can blame our government. The reality is we have to blame ourselves
. Especially the future generations that are in school now. I have family
with children. They are all lazy, spoiled, brats who spend more time on
Facebook stalking their friends, on Instagram showing off their lifestyle,
and Twitter to share their feelings. Tell one of them to do a chore and they
give you a look as if your abusing a child. I look at these kids and just
think about the kids like this in China. Our kids don't have a chance.
Matter of fact they already failed. The kids in the USA, a super power
constantly tests behind kids even third world countries. Currently we play
this off as "what can we do to fix education" but he damage is done.
We see it around us every day. Our doctors are Asian, engineers are Indian,
the hard labor is done by Mexicans.
We are too lazy to educate ourself and take a educated STEM job that is
filled by Indians and Asians and too proud to do a minimum wage job that is
often done by Mexicans.
Instead we will raise a generation of racist complainers who blame
immigrants for taking "their" jobs as if they had a chance to even qualify
for some of "their" jobs. And we will raise a generation of kids who are
politically active as socialists and want more money to do a minimum wage
job. These are people who think a doctor and a burger flipper should be
considered as equals.
A story I like to share. I was raised in San Francisco. In high school when
we first got to vote in senior year, almost everyone was a democrat. I was
too. Then after graduation we all went to college. Got jobs. I became a tax
accountant. I did my friends tax refund for free. We all were making peanuts
in starting out in our career. Think $50-60k. When one of my friends got a
new job and went from 60k to 80k. He thought he won the lottery. However
once he got his first paycheck, the first thing he did was cal me. He asked
why his paycheck only increased a few hundred dollars rather than $500 or
something. I told him he went to another tax bracket and now he gets taxed
more. He now voted republican. Now he sees who gets his hard earned tax
dollars, he gets so angry. There is always a segment of our society that
leeches. It needs to be stopped. |
