你把他生在美国才造成了这堆麻烦，他已经4岁了，有足够的表达能力跟领事说他要放
弃美国国籍。然后你就可以正经地去办中国护照和中国旅行证了。
看你有没有ball让你的娃去美国领事管放弃美籍，如果不愿放弃，就啥也别说了。
F. RENUNCIATION FOR MINOR CHILDREN/INCOMPETENTS
Citizenship is a status that is personal to the U.S. citizen. Therefore
