That's because you guys only stayed in America, and you didn't come to
England. let me tell yah, when I was america, I was as arrogant as you guys;
but after I moved to England, I learned what is courtesy, and I also
learned they weared poppet every autumn until the mid November, to remember
people died in WWI. So I think he didn't do anything wrong, as a leader,
first showing respect to his own people is not a wrong thing; and as for
opium war, I don't think most English people knows about it nowadays, and
also I thought you guys are not the 大清子民 anymore, unless you still has
the 后清 ghost in you mind. As far as I read in some history books, when 八
国联军 come to burn Beijing, many common 老百姓的 face has no pity, because
that's not their things, it belongs to 朝廷，not theirs anyway...
Anyway, I give him a plus. And I am sad that Chinese on this board are just
complaining as much as those americans. Come on, you go aboard not to be so
close minded... I think What he said in PKU is really worth listening to...
for your good sake, for many other's sake who jumps from FuShiKang's buiding
