要求：1. 五年以上R&D经验。最好是谷歌/微软/内部系统建设，或者sap/微软
dynamics or teams/oracle/salesforcedynamics
2. 两年以上team management experience, able to create an excellent and
rapidly progressing team, background with cross-regional management
experience preferred;
工作内容
1. Responsible for the setup and management of a corporate-level product R&D
team;
2. Responsible for the team's R&D workflow planning and optimization, and
continuous improvement of delivery capacity;
3. Participate in discussions about business demands, evaluate product
designs, and drive the R&D team for high-quality and timely delivery;
responsible for product quality and R&D efficiency. The main language for
