职责描述
Responsibility
1、 协助制定工厂设备保养及维护计划并组织实施并检查
2、 保证设备的完好，确保生产的正常进行；
3、 监控设备的运行，并对设备的故障原因进行分析并组织解决；
4、 收集整理各项设备运行数据记录，进行定期分析，不断改善；
5、 协助设备维护费用管理及成本控制；
6、配合设备选型、采购、安装及调试；
7、协助设备安全操作规程的实际操作监督及安全风险的预估和防范；
8、协助本部门团队建设与管理，制定部门相关制度规范；
9、组织员工制定个人工作及培训计划，监督执行并提供辅导；
10、完成上级主管交办的其他工作。
1. Assistant with formulate maintenance and maintenance plans for plant
equipment and organizing implementation and inspection;
2. Ensure the integrity of the equipment and ensure the normal production;
3. Monitor the operation of the equipment and analyze the causes of the
equipment failure and organize the solution;
4. Collect and organize the operation data records of various equipments,
conduct regular analysis, and continuously improve;
5. Assistant with equipment maintenance cost management and cost control;
6. Cooperate with equipment selection, procurement, installation and
commissioning;
7. Assistant with the actual operation supervision of equipment safety
operation procedures and the estimation and prevention of safety risks;
8. Assistant with team building and management in this department, and
formulate relevant departmental system specifications;
9. Organize employees to develop personal work and training plans, supervise
execution and provide counseling;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
任职资格
Qualifications
1、接受全球轮岗（美国、墨西哥、中国）。
2、本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程及相关专业；
3、8年以上大型生产制造企业工作经验，5年以上部门管理经验，有汽车行业经验优先；
4、对设备管理和维护具有较强的操作能力，能够主导公司生产设备的维护工作；
5、熟悉涂装工艺、注塑工艺、塑料产品性能和结构；熟悉机械手及机械运行原理和操
作模式；
6、熟悉熟悉EHS法律法规体系，熟悉VDA6.3知识、IATF16949质量体系知识；
7、熟练使用office、Auto-CAD等软件；
8、敬业精神；责任意识；积极主动；团队合作精神；持续改进；学习促进感；公平公
正意识；
1、Accept global job rotation( USA / Mexio / China ).
2、Bachelor degree or above, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering
relevant majors;
3、8+working experience in large-scale manufacturing enterprises, 5+ years
working experience in equipment maintenance management, experience in auto
industry is preferred；
4、Has strong operational ability for equipment management and maintenance,
and can lead the maintenance work of the production equipment;
5、 Familiar with painting process, injection molding process, performance
and structure of plastic products; familiar with manipulator and mechanical
operation principle and operation mode;
6、Familiar with the EHS legal and regulatory system, familiar with VDA6.3
and IATF16949 quality system;
7、Familiar with usage of Office, Auto-CAD and other software
