Direct, manage and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation and
customer service activities. Lead and direct strategic planning for
logistics and customer services.
岗位职责
Responsibility
1、参与制定合适的物流计划并组织实施,包括车辆、例程、包装尺寸、工位仪表等。
2、负责物流及仓储的现场管理,组织产品的排序及发货;
3、负责工装设备的现场管理;
4、直接对接客户,并进行跟踪管理;
5、配合项目管理,及时提供进度反馈;
6、制定供应商原材料调度方法和程序,支持生产部门实现客户需求,并降低成本对公
司的影响;
7、开发和维护国内外货运运输系统,确保满足业务需求;
8、管理客户服务活动,与销售、生产、研发、监管部门和质量部门保持良好的沟通,
确保公司的客户服务及解决关键客户投诉能力能够在市场上具有竞争优势
9、创建、管理和完成物流和客户服务部门的整体预算
10、确保公司遵守运输相关法律法规,解决与运输/配送相关的法律问题
11、确保物流部门符合ISO要求
12、通过建立和监控安全程序和协议来保障仓库的运营和内容。
13、组织和鼓励员工之间相互合作,确保达到既定的生产力目标。
14、通过人才获取和绩效管理,为优秀员工提供晋升、教育、有效沟通、自我实现等机
会参与各级人员的发展管理
15、完成上级分配的其他任务。
1、Involved in making logistics plans suitable for business and organizing
to implement them effectively (including vehicle, routines, packing
measurements, working position apparatus, etc. );
2、responsible for on-site management of logistics and storage, organizing
product sequencing and delivery;
3、responsible for on-site management of tooling equipment;
4、docking with customers directly and tracking management;
5、Cooperating with project management and offering progress feedback timely.
6、Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of raw materials from
suppliers to support manufacturing in achieving customer demand and
minimizing cost impacts to Company
7、Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international
freight that ensures business needs are met
8、Manage customer service activities, interface with sales, production,
labs, regulatory, and quality ensuring that companies customer service
creates competitive advantage in marketplace including resolving critical
customer complaints
9、Create, manage and achieve the overall logistics and customer service
department budgets
10、Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding
transportation, including hazardous materials. Resolve any legal issues
pertaining to transportation/distribution
11、Ensure Logistics Department complies with ISO requirements
12、Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and
monitoring security procedures and protocols.
13、Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure
set productivity targets are met.
14、Participate in personnel development at all levels through talent
acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for high
performers, education, communication, expectation setting, and self-
actualization
15、All other duties as assigned.
任职资格
Qualifications
1、接受全球轮岗(美国、墨西哥、中国)。
2、本科及以上学历,商务、运输或物流管理硕士学位优先;
3、3年以上物流管理经验,有汽车行业物流管理经验者优先;
4、熟悉仓储管理、配送管理、生产计划、TS16951质量体系、业务运营流程及相关知识;
5、优秀的分析、解决问题和组织能力;
6、良好的口头和书面沟通能力;
7、独立思考能力强,能独立完成多个项目;
8、具有领导和管理员工的能力;
9、具备独立工作的主动性、良好的判断力、人际交往能力、分析能力;
10、能够进行财务计算,以及编制和管理预算;
1、 Accept global job rotation( USA / Mexio / China )
2、Bachelor’s degree, prefer a Master’s Degree in Business or
Transportation/Logistics Management;
3、3+ years management experience in logistics, experience in auto industry
is preferred
4、Familiar with knowledge of storage management, distribution management,
production plan, TS16951 quality system, business operation process;
5、Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
6、Excellent oral and written communication skills;
7、Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects
through to completion;
8、Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff;
9、Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy,
analytical ability and professional demeanor;
10、Able to perform financial calculations and create and manage budgets. |
