Marketing manager:
Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team to drive key business metrics including leads, educable
leads, and convert-ready leads, opportunities, and deals.
2. Grow the team through training and collaboration.
3. Grow top of the funnel reach and leads through lead generation content
, call-to-action and landing page creation, and leveraging a range of
distribution channels, including search, social, email, and offline.
4. Improve conversion rate at the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel
through website optimization, a/b testing, and lead nurturing processes.
5. Set team strategy through analysis of historical marketing data.
6. Work closely with sales and product and forge strong communication and
agreement between the three teams.
7. Forecast and present to senior management and set clear goals and
action plans of the marketing team.
Requirements:
1. BA/BS or higher degree required, 3 years working experience preferred.
2. Proven and visible marketing veteran, with experience blogging,
speaking, thought leadership, and growing a personal audience on social
media.
3. Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal.
4. Expert in end-to-end marketing, including inbound marketing, offline
marketing, and marketing automation. As owner of the marketing funnel, this
person should have experience with tactics at a variety of lifecycle stages.
5. Must be analytical and able to extract meaning from data to optimize
the team’s approach and forecast results.
6. Proficiency with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, other experience
with Salesforce, Hub Spot preferred.
7. Bilingual in Chinese and English.
Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a rich content or related social media that
attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts,
wechat, facebook, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
through email, content, and social channels.
• Operate all kinds of promotion activities, including: road trade,
business and channel development, customer relationship maintenance,
marketing plan designing.
• Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our
inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our
process to convert customers.
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree and above.
• Related major or some past experience in marketing preferred.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to
use data to inform all decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in
order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture
them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
• Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
