*POSITION OVERVIEW**
Develop marketing plan to promote the new projects*
Find potential customers and take advantage communication skills to sell
services to them* Undertake marketing analysis to find marketing method and
generate new products to gain more revenue*
Act as a liaison among natural parents, students and professional counselors
to provide counseling service to the customers
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS *
• Initiate the planning, development, coordination and execution of
marketing plans to achieve business objectives* Develop and maintain
relationships with students, natural parents and business partners to reach
out to the sales target* Interact with our counselors, school officials,
natural parents and other departments to seek and to provide quality support
to international students*
• Administrate implementation of college counseling, guidance
counseling and other services* Develop new business solutions to strengthen
international programs and cross-cultural experiences and create marketing
and sales plan*REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES** Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, Friendly and approachable. *
• Cross-cultural experience: living and working experience in both
English speaking and Chinese speaking countries. *
• Strong problem solving skill, understand the customer needs, provide
workable step-by-step approach to meet expectation. * Passionate about
international education; detail-oriented and organized*
• Must be positive, sales, marketing and entrepreneur orientated* Work
independently under pressure* Demonstrated strong business acumen*
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on strategy and on
time
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills*
Flexibility and willingness to work and communicate outside normal business
hours
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE *
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related program*
• marketing or sales area*
