Sr. Backend SDE
They are looking for senior software engineers with essential development
skills in building large scale, reliable, and extensible distributed service
products. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, implement and
debug features in our Cloud Platform. You will work on building scalable
back-end services using exciting new technologies. You will drive the
technical initiatives and work with other software engineers, program
managers, testing teams in an agile development environment, deliver
critical business applications and build products to improve our existing
infrastructure.
Responsibility:
Be integral member in the design, analysis, development and deployment
efforts for multiple enterprise application projects to solve complex
business problems.
Work in an agile environment to architect, design, and develop the core
service components.
Improve the enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions and building
new technology.
Collaborate across teams to deliver well integrated services.
Qualification:
Over 7 years’ experience in software design and development with BS/MS
degree in CS or related field.
Track record of shipping multiple software products and services through the
entire life cycle.
Familiar with distributed system design and implementation, especially
experience in service back-end, such as Big Storage, Distributed FS, service
registry and discovery, etc.
Understanding the complexities of working with terabytes of stateful data.
Excellent production-grade programming skills with solid OOP designing and
problem solving capability.
Deep understanding of efficient data structures and algorithms.
Strong expertise in any of the following programming languages: Java/C++/C#/
Golang.
Ability to work independently and strong communication skills.

Responsibility:
Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web
applications
Insight upon most fit, efficient, long term committed front end technologies
and coach the team to adopt them.
Design and implement new user-facing web application for enterprise oriented
web product.
Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale. Support diverse
clients from high powered desktop computers to small footprint mobile
devices.
Work in an agile environment. Collaborate with Product Managers, UX and back
-end software engineers to deliver easy-to-use, efficient and professional
front-end system.
Qualification:
BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent
practical experience.
8+ years of JavaScript experience, including concepts like asynchronous
programming, closures, etc.
8+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity
, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility
Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and
complexity is a plus.
Experience in AngularJS, ReactJS or other JS library is a plus
Experience in internationalization and localization is a plus
