We are looking for a Python Web Developer who has strong API and application
design skills to join our team. This person will work on our Web
Development team which builds real-time data visualization and parameter
configuration tools to directly aid traders assessing risk and strategy.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Experience designing & writing REST or server push APIs
• Familiarity with Chrome DevTools
• Build software using Agile methodologies
• Provide support during releases and production incidents
• Experience with git or other Version Control Systems
• Strong communication skills and works well in teams
Qualities that Make Great Candidates:
• 2+ years of Python Experience
• Bachelors, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or
equivalent
• Familiarity with Tornado web framework (especially coroutines!)
• Front-End JavaScript Experience a big plus
• Familiarity with trading a plus
