Requirements:
- LAMP stack expert (specifically PHP and MYSQL)
- Familiar to setup the system from scratch at the web hosting to make WP
site live.
- WordPress savvy, at least 3+ years experience working with WP
- Bootstrap must. Must been able to work from PSD files to build bootstrap
theme for WordPress.
- Experience building custom jQuery/JavaScript/AJAX functionality.
- Bilingual Chinese/English is a plus.

you more jobs for next phase *

项目第一阶段工作量不多，简单的几个页面加一个申请表(需数据库). 会使用
Bootstrap for WP 的premium theme , 在上面修改即可，这样开发量也就不大。
项目后2个阶段开发工作量大，如果第一阶段大家合作满意，接下来的项目可继续合作。
