Lab Assistant and Sample PreparerPosition in the Natural Product Industry

Draco Natural Products, Inc. is a manufacturer and developer of bioactive
ingredients for the nutritionalsupplement, food and beverage, and cosmetic
industries.
This position is located at our San Jose, CA headquarters.Experience
in supporting at a chemical or food lab is a plus but not required.
Some experiences dealing shipping and handling is desirable. This position
is immediately available.
The individual in the role must possess:
• Ability to work in a team environment and be customer oriented
• A willingness to perform any task as required to meet the
SalesTeam/Business needs.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency with computer software, especially MS Word, MS
Excel
• Previous Shipping & Handling, and/or Quality experience is
preferred
Some of theduties will include but not limited to:
• Providing support to Inside and Outside Sales Teams, including, but
not limitedto processed all sample requests timely and accurately,
communicate to Teamsand customers, maintain the shipping log
• Processing all the liquid orders by SOPs and maintaining all
process log
• Cleaning and maintenance of sampling rooms, equipment and
supplies
• Manage the sampling inventory and locations, and input sample
information into the quality databases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage Supply Inventory, such as lab supply, packaging material,
gloves,specimen cups, printer ink cartridges, etc..
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), specifically
pertaining todocumentation. |
