朋友最近回国创业，正在做云计算相关的产品开发。刚拿到第一笔为数不少的风投，想
要在这边招两三个有经验的SDE开发产品的核心部分。工资福利应该和西雅图几个大公

Our company is building a high speed and reliable distributed storage system
that can be used by enterprises to store ocean data and facilitate big data
processing. We're a funded startup having 2 offices at Bellevue, WA and
Beijing, China. We're growing the team with talented individuals.
Position:
We're looking for a talented server/cloud backend developer with experience,
proven track record, and versatility. You will aid our development team in
China to architect and implement the kernel of the distributed storage
system.
Technologies: SOA architecture, Distributed systems, JDK/C++, Database
Requirements:
-- Have working knowledge of building distributed systems, and should be an
expert in most of the backend server and networking programming
-- Proven development team lead experience.
-- 3+ years Industry Experience and or MS in Computer Science or related
field.
-- 3+ years experience in server/cloud backend development
-- Understanding of Agile Development,
-- Passionate about Cloud computing/Storage software development concepts
and technologies.
--Quick learner and strong ownership
Responsibilities:
-- Interact with management team to drive product roadmap.
-- Lead development team to implement functionality; meet team objectives,
milestones and release.
-- Innovate and design features based on conceptual information from
management team.
-- Manage standards of Agile Development processes with development team.
-- Build, test, troubleshoot, and oversee code releases.
-- Lead project deliverables and code deployment of system functions.
-- Report on the status of projects to management regularly.
