Our Programme Objectives
This is a 3-year programme to develop high caliber fresh graduates of 2014
through an accelerated but structured program, eventually take up a middle
management position for our commercial business in Mainland China, our core
business.
Our Programme & Requirements
Qualified Management Trainees would be assigned with opportunity to rotate
across targeted functional areas within specific management stream, such
management streams including:
Operation Management
Functional areas including: Property Management, Technical Support,
Portfolio Performance Analysis & SOP, Customer Services, etc.
Commercial Management
Functional areas including: Office & Retail Leasing, Marketing Planning and
Branding Promotion, Advertisement Sales, etc.
Corporate Management
Functional areas including: Legal, Finance and Human Resources, etc.
The following structure of this 3-year programme is designed to facilitate
trainees to gain all-rounded exposure:
Job rotations to at least 3 different functional areas and two
different cities of Mainland China
Coaching on daily work by Tutors (Management team members)
Mentoring by Senior Management to facilitate career & personal
aspiration
Training programmes on Personal Attributes & Leadership Development
We are looking for:
Possess a good knowledge on Chinese commercial area
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or successful record in academics
Teamwork spirit & excellent communication skills with coordinating
abilities
Diversity and willing to develop self in Commercial property market
