marketing experience to join our team. The important merchandising and
marketing role is responsible for analyzing and executing marketing
campaigns and programs to grow the Newsstand and Catalog businesses. You
will be working in a fast paced environment.
Positions reports to Director, Dept. of E-Commerce.
Responsibilities:
1.Analyze and track performance of Newsstand business and maker
ecommendations to grow the business.
2. Develop promotional strategy and execute marketing campaigns including
web, e-mail, device, social media and in-store.
3.Analyze and quantify results of marketing campaigns and merchandising and
provide actionabl erecommendations to optimize performance.
4.Main lead on catalog business responsible for analysis, strategy,
marketing and merchandising.
5.Provide strategic direction and identify ways to grow sales for catalogers.
6.Partner with ourmarketing team and other cross functional teams including
email marketing, creative,and technology to launch large promotions with
publishers.
Qualifications:
1. OPT students with marketing experience and/or analytical experience (
email,weband/orlifecyclemarketingaplus).
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize large amounts of
data.
3. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, SPSS and SAS are plus.
4.Basic SQL programming skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple,
competing priorities simultaneously.
6. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
7. Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
BA/BS/MS in Marketing, Economics, Accounting, MBA, Finance, Mathematics,
Physics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Operations Research, CS, EE and other
related fields.
