Technician/Postdoc/Visiting Scholar Positions are available in Biomedical
Optics and NeuroImaging
Technician Position: The Bioimaging Core at Faculty of health Sciences with
University of Macau has an opening for a research scientist/technician
position in biomedical optics and biomedical imaging. The Bioimaging core is
a new research unit that is under vigorous reconstruction along with the
recently established Faculty of Health Sciences in University of Macau in
Macau SAR.
We hope to keep the scientist/technician working in our Core for his (her)
lifetime or provide long-term employment with promotion opportunity. We
provide good salary and appropriate university accommodation.
The basic requirements for this position include:
1) Hand-on experiences in photoacoustic imaging/ photoacoustic
microscopy
2) Experimental design experiences in neurosciences including neural
cognitive processes and neurological disorders with the available fNIRS or
EEG imaging systems or fMRI.
3) Molecular imaging in pre-clinical studies with optical, PET or
microscopy methods.
4) Strong background in biomedical optics.
5) EEG signal processing and E-prime presentation Design experiences in
psychology.
Candidates that meet 2 or more of the above requirements are welcome to
apply for this job. Good research experiences and publication records are
important to the job. The CVs from all the applicants will be carefully
reviewed. Position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
Postdoc/Visiting Scholar/PhD Positions: In addition, we also have openings
for Postdoc fellows, PhD fellowship and visiting scholars for the above
research directions and we provide competitive salary with lower tax and
