Responsibilities
1. Design and develop medical products, like CT/DXR/MR. Primary focus will be on Safety/EMC design, integration and verification.
2. Following Philips Healthcare working process to finish product design and sustaining, customer complaint handling and other tasks.
3. Meeting the Safety and EMC requirements of the building block.
4. Build prototypes and prove Safety and EMC design feasibility and performance.
5. Document all phases of the design including requirements, specifications, plans, reviews, test procedures, and test reports.
6. Support existing products. Investigate and determine root cause of product Safety and EMC issues found in manufacturing and the field. Troubleshoot systems and use test equipment to analyze and resolve issues.
7. Safety and EMC tools calibration and maintenance.
8. Identify, evaluate and recommend key suppliers based on Safety and EMC technical abilities, experience, history, and certifications.
9.Facilitate and maintain constant communications with key suppliers and internal stakeholders during project development.
10.Work with cross functional teams that include: Mechanical eng., Software eng, Clinical applications, Learning Products, Marketing, Support Engineering, Quality & Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
11. Delivering in time, quality and requirements of his/her schedule.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above for electrical/electronic engineering or related.
2. Minimum 3 years experiences on IEC60601/60950 safety and IEC60601-1-2/CISPR11 EMC design, test and troubleshooting.
3. Demonstrated experience in IEC60601/60950 safety standard design and verification, such as Leakage Currents, Dielectric Strength, Protective Earthing etc.
4. Solid experience on EMC design and testing, include conducted and radiated EMI.
5. Experience with Regulatory plan.
6. Relevant experience in SI and PI simulation techniques, Grounding,Shielding and Filtering are highly preferred.
7. Fluent written and reading technical documentation, good oral English.
8. Good team work ability and excellent communications skills.

3. Project management skills, capable of timeline planning of multiple activities/people.
4. Clear reporting and presentation skills back to the BU R&D.
