Qualifications/Skills:
• 2-4 years’ experience providing phone/desktop support to end
users.
• 2-4 years’ experience in managing servers in a Windows
environment.
• experience with IIS management and troubleshooting
• experience with SQL management and troubleshooting
• Experience troubleshooting networking issues.
• PowerShell experience would be a plus
