Meritco Services was founded by ex-McKinsey consultants in late 2009 and has
been growing into a firm of 40 consultants with offices in Shanghai,
Beijing and Chengdu. We not only offer strategy/ management consulting

Associate/ Senior Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts to
complete projects
• Interact with clients to understand problems, test hypotheses,
and share interim results
• Structure complex strategic and analytical problems into an
actionable plan for clients
• Work in teams to synthesize analyses into key findings and
develop actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Executive Directors to prepare and deliver
client presentations
QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated academic excellence
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top school is a must. MBA or
post-graduate degree from a top school is a plus
• At least 1-3 yrs full-time consulting experience from top-tier
consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or 2-5 yrs experience from
other consulting firms with casework preferably in consumer goods/
industrial products/ healthcare/ TMT industry
• Candidates with deep working knowledge in any of the above
industries but lack experience in consulting industry will also be
considered
• Proven analytical and problem solving abilities, superb
presentation skills, and extensive team management experience are essential
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Excellent Mandarin Chinese and English skills in both reading and
writing
Analyst/ Senior Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage work streams in a project including but not
limited to: collecting and studying industrial reports, interviewing clients
and experts, conducting surveys, building models, leading client teams, etc.
• Conduct analyses to understand and address clients’ specific
challenges
• Work with team members to synthesize analyses into key findings
and develop actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to prepare client
presentations
QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated academic excellence
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top school is a must. MBA or
post-graduate degree from a top school is a plus
• Analyst position is open for fresh graduates with excellent
academic records and demonstrated intelligence and leadership
• Senior analyst position is open for candidates with 1 yr full-
time consulting experience from top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain,
BCG, etc.) or 1-3 yrs consulting experience from other consulting firms with
casework preferably in consumer goods/ industrial products/ healthcare/ TMT
industry
• Candidates with deep working knowledge in any of the above
industries but lack experience in consulting industry will also be
considered

customer and management interviews, and financial modeling
• Collaborate with Executive Directors to develop presentation
materials
• Interact with seasoned private equity investors for key findings
and investment thesis
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top school is a must. MBA or
post-graduate degree from a top school is a plus
• The ideal candidate will have exceptional quantitative skills,
superb strategic and financial analytical abilities, and extensive team
management experience
• At least 3-4 yrs full-time consulting experience from top-tier
management consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey) or accounting firms (e.g. “Big
Four” accountancy firms) or financial services firms
• Be a clear and confident communicator who can engage with people
of all types and backgrounds
