•Design Reviews
•Proof of Concept
•Code Reviews
•Performance Testing
• Reliability Testing
• Builds
Education and Experience:
• 5-7 years high volume and scalable OLTP Systems (Ecommerce,
Financial, SaaS companies, etc.)
• Excellent Java Programming experience
• Spring experience (Dependency injection)
• Web Services (SOAP and/ or REST)
• Must have expertise with web services (Spring)
• Strong Hibernate background (or other ORM systems)
• JMS
• Messaging experience (SonicMQ, MQSeries, ActiveMQ)
• Relational Databases
• Good collaboration abilities, a positive attitude, and effective
communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to release a JAVA project on time with high
