中信证券刘威先生将在演讲中分享其多年从事中国资本市场工作的丰富经验，通过比较
过去20年来国际与中国资本市场、全球与中资投资银行的发展变迁，深入剖析中国投资
银行业的状况和特点，和展望中国投行国际化的前景。
刘威先生也将对中信证券15年来的发展战略和行业竞争力进行介绍， 特别是借助对中
国农业银行2010年首次公开上市、上海国际金融市场建设预期的案例分析对中国投资银
行业务作出比较全面的阐述。
Chinese I-Banking: From Playing Second Fiddle to Sharing Center Stage
The world economic landscape and the Chinese capital markets have both seen
transformative changes over the past ten plus years since late last century.
What has been and will be the role of Chinese investment banks in this
ongoing process?
Mr. LIU Wei of CITIC Securities will share his many years of experience in
Chinese capital markets in the talk. By comparing the developments in both
international and Chinese capital markets/investment banks, Mr. Liu will
analyze the status and characteristics of the industry in China as well as
provide an outlook on the internationalization of Chinese investment banks.
Mr. Liu will also remark on CITIC Securities’ corporate strategy and
industry competitiveness as well as case studies such as the IPO of Chinese
Agriculture Bank in 2010 and the forming of Shanghai international financial
market.
