The role is a Head of Data Science and Engineering, and will be leading a
team of 10 data scientists and engineers.
The offer is like this:
$175K base, $50K bonus, 60K stock options
The cash part is 27.5% lower than what I earned in the current role.
Is this something I should consider? Any suggestions and comments are

1) the odd for them to be successful is very low, we all know it and it will
take a long time, many years, are you sure you will stay that long;
2) I would not take any cash lower than your current role, ideally to be
higher, at least same. Unless you can't stand your current company for any
day longer;
3) the title at small or start up company carry very little weight if any.
So to me, unless you really like the new company, dislike old company and
you are young, otherwise, I would not take this offer. There is no gain I
can see it.

，也敢碰A轮公司，胆够肥的。从这个base来看，这公司不是high profile，没啥前途。

关于Options, 是六万股。我问过占股比例，他们不说。根据他们提供的其他信息，大
概是千分之二。行权价A轮估值，三块一股。 |

. You make at most 2MM out of this event—in reality much less due to
dilution from further rounds of fundraising.
You do the math
