JP Morgan：
Analyst（502）-> Associate（601）-> Senior Associate（602）->
Vice President（603）-> Executive Director（604）
Citi：
Analyst（C11）-> Assitant Vice President（C12）-> Vice President（C13）->
Senior Vice President（C14）-> Executive Director（C15）
看起来似乎JP的Senior Associate相当于Citi的VP，而JP的VP相当于Citi的SVP，请问
实际上是这样的吗？
两个工作都是software developer，薪水也差不多，请问JP Morgan的VP（603）和Citi
的SVP（C14）应该怎么选？ |

Citi
Take the SVP job form Citi if you plan to be a manager. It's easy for you to
apply for ED level job in the future.
Otherwise take the job from JPM, assume the team there is more important
since you get same base salary as SVP from Citi. Perhaps you will get more
bonus as well.

发帖数: 284 | 7 Citi SVP 给多少钱？ 看上去title挺高，前段时间一个citi hr联系risk SVP的职位，
好像base是17-18万的样子，以前总感觉SVP是蛮高大上的职位。。。

发帖数: 284 | 10 MD还是有的，不多。以前一个TIAA的同济毕业面试过我，装逼得很，现在是MD。当年一
个跟他一样是老中Director，面试很诚恳，现在还是Director。
Citi和GS都有老中MD，不过那地方MD也一大把

ED是相当于manger, MD算director吗？相对亚麻的L6/L7 (manager and sr. manager)?
或者L7/L8 (sr. manager and director)?

JD，ChFC，才进到Morgan Stanley的ED……
