某论坛上一码工这样哭诉，
It’s been less than 2 months since I joined. My manager yelled at me today
in my 1:1. He was very critical and kept diminishing the work I’ve done so
far. He criticized my code and nit-picked every small thing. If I tried to
talk about any point he made, he just brushed it aside. This went on for the
full 30 mins of the meeting. I was in a shock. I wasn’t expecting this at
all. After the call, I was in shock and tears.
I am still onboarding and majority of my team is out of office, I’m trying
my best.
What can I do? I can’t stop crying andI don’t want to go back to work. |

发帖数: 4298 | 8 最近得知一点老留老将的实际经历，终于明白了, 大部分老留老将在美国混的并不如意
，现实和理想的差距很大，比如某国内顶级大学历文科系90年赴美国留学，打工赚钱，
吃尽苦头，直至98年转学计算机，由于基础差，计算机勉强毕业，之后又遇上911，计
算机也不太好找工作，后来在某个轮胎厂做IT, 二十多年过去了，至今未婚，住
apartment, 也没买房，前途一片茫然。对比国内大都市这些年的快速发展, 千万富翁
亿万富豪比比皆是, 事业成功生活舒适,以前谈婚论嫁的都是彩电冰箱, 现在是要有房
有车, 老留拿什么比, 因此心理扭曲不平衡无处发泄的特别多，建议小中别再用什么贫
困线包裹之类的来刺激老将 |
